Registration

Please register via the Conftool Registration System

With help of the ConfTool you are able to:

Register as user (with login and pw)
Register as conference participant (will be available in time; you will be informed via email if the registration is open)
Print out your invoice
Make your payment (with credit card via PayPal or bank transfer/wired transfer)
Print out your receipt and after the conference your participation confirmation

Bank charges

Please note that all bank charges are at the expense of the debitor.

If you are not within the European Union, each bank (yours and ours) will charge you a transaction fee. Please make sure that you pay both, do not choose "split-fee" on the transaction form! Your bank knows his own fees; for our bank it is EUR 14,50.

Conference registration includes:

admission to all technical sessions;
shuttle bus from the conference hotels to the University facilities;
coffee and refreshment breaks;
lunches on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday;
evening receptions;
a program book of the program conference and abstracts;
and one copy of the conference proceedings on a USB stick/flash memory.

There will be an additional fee to attend optional social events and optional cultural visits.

Registration will be open in mid December and will be done through the Conftool Registration System.
