All papers presented at EDUCON2011 will be submitted to the IEEE Conference Publications Programme, in order to be included in IEEExplore. This ensures a wide dissemination of your valuable work. Therefore it is important to know the following:
In order to respect the rules above, proceed as follows:
Please find below the templates and the copyright form.
Here you can find the IEEE Citation Reference to help in the references of the paper as well as here you can obtain the IEEE recommended Keywords. (E-mail link: if it doesn't work directly from your browser, send an empty e-mail to keywords@ieee.org with "IEEE Keywords" in the subject line.)
Within the Conftool please fill in the contribution form. The field abstract is meant to be filled with a summary of your abstract. The option for abstract submission (one page) appears after pressing the proceed button. Submit IEEExplore compliant PDF files only! Modifying your PDF afterwards might affect the IEEExplore compliance. Have it checked again after each modification.
If you have never submitted a paper to IEEE PDF eXpress click on "New Users - Click here". If you have already used it for another conference it will remember you by your email address.
The conference ID has been sent to the authors in a notification email.
Proposals are submitted in a two-stage process. Authors must follow the dates on the process and review included in the section Important Dates.
An IEEE copyright form should accompany your final submission. You can get an electronic copy in doc form here: IEEE copyright form in doc format.
Your paper cannot be published as a part of the IEEE EDUCON Proceedings without the signed copyright form. If you have more than one paper in the conference, you must submit a form for each paper.
You need to fill the form (only one author needs to sign the form) and submit it to the conftool when you submit your final paper.
