Registrations received without payment will not be accepted.
Registrations received after February 28, 2010 may not be acknowledged by mail and may be processed on site.
All papers are expected to be presented during the conference having time for sharing and discussing information. One author from each paper must register for the conference even if no author attends or presents the paper, in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings. The organizers will contact each author and regular participants previously the conference to allocate enough resources during the conference.
A limited number of reduced Registration fees for Authors and Regular participants will be available that will come from developing countries. Contact organizers in the case that you need support in this cases.
To ensure hotel accommodation and lower prices, please book accommodation during the Advance period to obtain the best prices for the room reserved for the conference participants.
Visitors are welcomed to Spain from overseas. Anyone wishing to travel to and enter Spain must have a valid passport and/or the appropriate Spanish Visa. Since conditions vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local Spanish Consulate or Embassy for more information on those conditions.
If you are a citizen of the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein: you need a valid passport or ID card. Under 16s can be included on the passport of their father, mother or tutor, as long as they have the same nationality as the passport holder and are traveling with him/her. Furthermore, if the young person is traveling with an ID card, this should be accompanied by parental authorization.
If you are traveling from one of the following countries (Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, El Salvador, the USA, Guatemala, Honduras, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Nicaragua, New Zealand, Panama, Paraguay, Republic of Korea, San Marino, the Vatican, Singapore, Uruguay or Venezuela): you must present a valid passport, which will allow you to remain in Spain for a maximum period of 90 days.
If you come from another country, you should apply for a visa from the Spanish Consulate in your place of residence, subject to criteria established by the European Union. You will also require a valid passport. You may be required to specify the reason for your application for entrance to Spain. Furthermore, if considered opportune, the Spanish authorities may require a document showing the establishment of accommodation in Spain, confirmation of booking on an organised tour, a return ticket or ticket for a tourist itinerary, or an invitation by a third party. In addition, they may also require you to show that you are in possession of sufficient funds for maintenance during your stay in Spain. It is advisable to take out travel insurance for your trip.

All must have paid their registration fee in full in the Advance period to have enough time to prepare the invitation letters.
Regular participants must include a reference letter and contact of their University or Company. This letter may be needed to obtain a visa or permission to attend the meeting. Persons requiring an official letter of invitation in order to attend the conference are advised to choose the option when they register on line. The letter will be provided by email. If you forget to choose the visa letter option when you register, or did not receive it after requesting one, please email Organicers.
EDUCON conference organizers do not share, sell, or rent its mailing lists. You have our assurance that any information you provide will be held in confidence.
A full refund of registration fees, less a EUR 50 processing fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by March 1, 2010. No refunds will be made after that date.
If the conference is canceled, the liability of EDUCON 2010 is limited to the registration fee. EDUCON organizers reserves the right to cancel the conference and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The EDUCON organizers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
